How much does it cost to be on the team?

For Forest Park residents, the cost is $85 for the first child and $80 each child thereafter.

For non-Forest Park residents, the cost is $100 for the first child and $95 each child thereafter.

I'm a non-Forest Park resident, can I get a summer guest pass to use the pool?

A limited number of Forest Park pool summer guest passes will be offered for 2009 for $350 for the entire family. The only requirement is that you must have at least one child on the swim team during the summer. If you are interested in a the pool guest passes at Forest Park, please fill out the form with your check.  

How often do team members need to practice?

Beginning May 15, 2009, each member should attend at least three (3) practices per week.

What is the Buddy System?

The Buddy System is determined at the beginning of the season using the roster of swimmers.   Coaches pair up older kids with younger ones, boys with boys, and girls with girls, to give each child a Buddy that can cheer for at swim meets, encourage, write notes to, give small gifts to, etc.  

What is the Treasure Chest?

Younger swimmers (8 & Unders) are given gold coins by the coaches at practices and meets for swimming well and completing a race.   They are able to exchange their coins for treasures in the box at the pool during practices.
