practice is ON today, wednesday, may 25!

Practice is ON today, Wednesday, with a few modifications:

13-15's 4-5:30  you'll do some dryland and swim in the cold pool

11-12's 5:30-6:15  dryland and swim!

9-10's  5:30-6:15  dryland (no swimming)

7-8's    6:15-6:45  games (no swimming)

6 & unders 6:45-7:15   games (no swimming)

Swimmers should arrive 5-15 minutes ahead of their practice time to get ready to get in the pool.

The pool is unusually COLD today, so bring LOTS of very warm, dry clothing to put on immediately afterwards!!  and towels!!

Clothing orders from Out of Breath will be up at the pool today starting at 5 p.m.
